RFLXNS Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
At RFLXNS, we carefully inspect products before dispatch. As our collections may include limited and exclusive drops, we operate an exchange-based policy rather than a general return policy.

Personal preference;
-
No longer wanting the product;
-
Colour preference;
-
Difference in expected fit where the correct size was supplied; or
-
Any other reason where the product supplied matches the order placed.
RFLXNS does not provide a refund simply because a customer no longer wants the product.
2. Size & Product Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for a different size or another product, subject to the conditions below.
A standard customer-requested exchange is subject to a ₹150 exchange fee.
The requested replacement must be available at the time the exchange is approved.
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred size by referring to the size chart provided on the relevant product page.

4. Exchange Options
For an approved exchange, the customer may, subject to availability:
-

-
Exchange for another product of equal value;
-
Select a higher-priced product by paying the price difference;

Use a combination of the above where approved by RFLXNS.
If the selected replacement is unavailable, RFLXNS may offer wallet credit or another suitable replacement option.

The ₹150 fee does not apply where the exchange is required because RFLXNS sent the wrong product/size or where a verified product defect or damage is attributable to RFLXNS.

RFLXNS does not provide cash, card, UPI or bank-account refunds for ordinary customer-requested returns or change-of-mind requests.
